BE FASHION sells only the highest quality handbags and apparel.  We fully inspect every item we sell for any damage prior to shipment to our customers.   If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, BE FASHION will issue a full refund. All item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receipt.  All tags must be attached to the merchandise in order to receive a full refund!!  Any merchandise without tags can not be returned or exchanged.  No exceptions!!  Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns & exchanges.

While we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase the first time, at BE FASHION you can exchange our merchandise within 7 days of receipt for the same item in a different color or size free of additional shipping charges.
